Moved from Cottage Grove about a year ago to Oklahoma.  Had to get away from the grey skys and rain of the Willamette Valley.[st]  I much prefer tornados![li]

We'll be heading back up this summer for vacation and visiting relatives.  Can't argue with Oregon when the summers are warm and clear.

BTW, I quickly learned not to mention the Ducks while in Oklahoma.  They have no sense of humor when it comes to football.

I am in Washington state. Near Seattle, since no one knows where Port Orchard is!

Portland Oregon checking in.  My suspicion is that there are fewer West Coast insomniacs than in other areas.  I am often on this site in the wee hours, and it doesn't seem like anyone else is (maybe I'm just judging from the forum...).  Hard to say, but a shoutout to my besties in the westies!
