A few months ago, Pepsico and Circle K ran a promo. I, and several ST members called in and received invalid codes and missed out on entering for the $50 daily prize on a few occasions. I got so frustrated that I filed a complaint with the NY AG, then forgot all about it. Earlier this week I got a response from the AG's office assuring me that they were following up on my complaint. The next day I got a call from Pepsico, apologizing for their promo company, Young America, and offered me some coupons which I accepted. Today I received over $50 worth of coupons along with a prize pack of branded goodies.

I encountered the same problem with a Target win.  Contacted them and they quickly solved my win and sent code.

In my experience most sponsors want outstanding customer relations.  That prompts me to shop their stores or products so it is a win-win.

Good for you!

Sponsors don't like promotion companies that run crappy promotions with crappy technology.

That means that they have unhappy consumers.

I've seen 2 major companies dump their old promotions companies and replace them with new promotion companies just this year alone
