Dear Mr. Sweepy,

I'd like to bring your attention to what I feel is a horribly offensive comment by one of our members regarding a newly posted AARP contest.

In the new AARP Life Reimagined $10,000 sweepstakes, BarbaraF3 has decided that Sweepstakestoday would be a fine forum spew filth about the AARP and our President Obama.  This is highly offensive to many of us Americans who voted for and support the President of the United States and I feel that this person should be banned from Sweepstakes Today lest her continued presence encourage further politics in a politically neutral site and degrade this wonderful site.

I would like to hear what your opinion is of people who use this site to further their political agenda.

It is a great site.  No one wants it to deteriorate but deteriorate it will if such a person is allowed to remain a member of SweepstakesToday.

Thank you, Rocketmahn!

A few guidelines on appropriate member comments/remarks wouldn't be a bad idea. I haven't seen any, but there might already be some?

I noticed some nasty comments tonight in the comment section for the SC Johnson-Family Dollar insant win.

Did you see Rocketmahn1's response to Barbaraf3's comment below the aarp contest? ("Go F yourself") and Yes Obama is a liar and worst President this country has ever seen!

Maybe it is time for Mr. Sweepy to address language guidelines.

I was wondering how he would have the nerve to go tell daddy( Mr. Sweepy) but post something so offensive. I guess we all have to learn the rules since they changed about 6 years ago. Freedom of speech only applies to a certain group of people. It's offensive if you don't have that groups mentality or beliefs. You can use derogatory language if it's toward a certain group of people and you can call it politics and blast it if it isn't the liberal agenda but same people go on rants about guns and that's not politics. We all need to learn the rules. Keep your comments to yourself if you aren't liberal. Got it
