If a sweepstakes/contest says one per person, per email address, is it considered "cheating" or breaking the rules if you have two members of the household use their own name and their own email address?

I have seen "winner" announcements on other sites (sorry Mr. Sweepy - lol) where people post about they won something and their husband won something and their daughter won something......etc.

I'm totally confused on that particular rule of "one per person/per email address".

Any sensible answer appreciated.

Thanks, Sissy

I always have my husband enter as long as it says one per person, per email address.  If it says one per household or per physical address, I just enter.

I agree with soccer_nut5. If rules state "one person, one email" then both my husband & I can enter with our separate emails. If "only one per household" that's different.

Thank you so much for the answer.  I thought it was ok, but didn't want to be disqualified, or be considered as a cheat with two people entering.

I understand one per household, I was just a bit concerned with my honey or I being disqualified if we both entered.

Sweepstakes Today rocks as do its members.

I agree with soccer_nut5.  There is nothing wrong with different people in your household entering unless it states one in the household only.  Spread the joy of sweeping together....
